P&P costs are shown at checkout as accurately as possible, given what we know to be true at the time. However, we reserve the right to hold any order where actual P&P differs from the amount charged. In such instances’ we will contact you if costs are going to be different than those stated when you placed the order.

Processing and dispatching your order

We aim to process orders within 1 working day of receiving payment. If we cannot do so we will contact you by email. Delivery is either by Royal Mail or APC and delays can occur beyond our control. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

Any idea what time my parcel will arrive?

If it is delivered by our courier you will receive your goods between 8am and 6pm unless they have had a problem. For the standard Royal Mail service, it will come with your normal postal delivery.

What do I need to do for my delivery?

If it comes by courier it will need to be signed for. If you are not at home they will leave you a note or card asking you to contact them to rearrange a suitable time/day or where to collect it, just give them a call. With a Royal Mail delivery, a signature is not required.

What time do I need to place an order with The Wet Nose Dog Ltd.?

If you are choosing to use our courier service please order before 2pm to ensure next day delivery, this gives us time to wrap up your goods and get the all important paperwork right. No problem if you order anytime after 2pm we will get your product to you the next time our courier picks up from our site.

What if I miss my home delivery?

These couriers are really helpful just call the number on the card they have left for you and make arrangements with them direct to redeliver your package.

Packaging of products

We use a variety of packaging, wherever possible we will use boxes that can be recycled. Don’t be alarmed if we have used a box twice it will always be in good condition (we want to save everyone a little cost where possible). Our type of packaging will depend on what you have ordered, any feedback on the condition on arrival is always welcome. Please email us at woof@wetnosedog.co.uk and this will enable us to keep track of our quality experience this is the bit we never see so it’s really important to us.

What if I need to return my delivery?

We clearly hope that you are thrilled with your Wet Nose Dog product, if it’s not the right size, colour or to your liking then you can return or exchange to us with a no quibble or fuss that’s what we are here for. All we ask you to do is return it unused within 14 days in its original packaging with all your delivery shipping documents. When we get it back at HQ Kennel we will send on your exchange or issue a full refund. Please note we do not refund the postage charge for a returning item, but we do send the exchange free of charge.

Returning Options

By Royal Mail, for small mid size packages under 2kg this is the best option. Try to use their tracker option for peace of mind if you wish, all you need to do is go to your nearest post office counter.

By courier, for larger items why not use our courier. Just give us a call and we can arrange the collection for a cost of £9.99.

Refunds on products

We will process a refund to the card that you used to pay us. If you paid by PayPal we can refund back to your account. If you purchased your product in a sale event we can only exchange on the item as we don’t allow refunds unless they are faulty in nature.

Exchanges on products

When paid by debit or credit cards if there is a difference in price, we will charge your card automatically if there is any additional cost or we will refund if the item cost any less. When you have paid on PayPal it’s not possible to charge or refund you automatically so we will contact you to ask for your card details so we can transact the increase or decrease in the cost of your exchange.
